Mount gay eclipse review

Overall its reasonably sweet and it is smooth enough to sip but pretty average really. A couple of glasses and I think I might get a little bored. Overall I do like this bottling more than I recall from previous interactions with Mount Gay Eclipse. Nor do I find it something that I would regularly pick up.

The sugar content of those punschs are typical for liqueurs but often that sweetness is masked by other bitter ingredients. I do wish sugar content was printed on all spirits. I paid significantly less for the same punsch here in NL! Those prices. I was living in Belgium before this.

Mount Gay Eclipse (Gold)

Since fresh Passion-fruit juice is not really available in my locale, I decided to substitute fresh grapefruit juice in its place. The resulting cocktail is absolutely wonderful and I call it the Cool Breeze. Accept this but make sure it is mixed into a cocktail. I will still primarily mix cocktails Excellent for sipping or for mixing!
